Order Processing & Dispatch

Our standard shipping timeline is 5–7 business days from order confirmation. However, most orders are shipped within 24–48 hours of being placed. For select styles, delivery timelines may be extended due to craftsmanship requirements, stock availability, or operational considerations.

Once shipped, the standard delivery timeline is 2–3 business days. Delays may occur due to:

• Logistics constraints
• Location-based limitations
• High order volumes or operational challenges

Express Shipping

We offer Express Shipping on select products to help prioritize the processing and dispatch of eligible orders, so you can receive your order sooner where possible.

Express Shipping is designed to prioritize the processing and dispatch of your order. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered as per the logistics partner’s applicable delivery timeline, which may vary based on the delivery location, serviceability, and other operational factors.

We make every effort to prioritise Express Shipping orders. In rare instances, availability may vary due to order volumes, product availability, or operational capacity. The Express Shipping tag indicates that the product is eligible for priority processing, subject to availability at the time of order .

Where Express Shipping is unavailable for an order, we will process and ship it in accordance with the applicable standard shipping timeline. We appreciate your understanding and will always make reasonable efforts to process your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Charges – India

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.

For other orders:

• Orders below ₹1,000: ₹99 shipping fee
• All COD orders: Additional ₹50 COD handling charge, regardless of the order value

Applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout before payment.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to most international destinations. International orders are typically delivered within 20–30 business days, although delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance and the destination country. Please note that shipping to the USA is currently unavailable.

We ship to most international destinations. However, shipping to the USA is currently on hold.

International shipping charges are as follows:

• Orders below ₹13,000: ₹5,000 shipping fee
• Orders of ₹13,000 and above: ₹4,000 shipping fee

International shipping charges are non-refundable, including cases where shipments are refused, undelivered, or returned by the recipient.

Import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other local charges are not included in product prices and must be paid by the customer, wherever applicable.

Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.

However, delivery availability may vary due to operational limitations, courier partner coverage, government restrictions, weather conditions, or other logistics-related factors.

Split Shipments

To avoid unnecessary delays, orders may be shipped in multiple consignments based on product availability.

Items that are ready for dispatch may be shipped separately, while the remaining items will be shipped once ready.

Tracking details will be shared for each shipment separately.
